Quality Management

Successful attempts at implementing quality systems in Polish enterprises led us to the decision to initiate a quality system in our company. In September 2001, implementation work began and the President of the Board appointed a Head of Quality Systems, responsible for the implementing and proper functioning of the system.

In April 2002 our company was registered by the accredited certification institution TÜV Polska Management Service. As a result of an audit, the functioning of our company's quality management system was evaluated very highly. This was the grounds for granting us an ISO 9001:2000 certificate - objective proof of the company's performance made by internationally renowned auditors.

We joined a group of companies who can boast that they have attained this prestigious achievement. Receiving certification was for us just the beginning of the work to be done on providing continuous and systematic support as well as increasing the quality of our products. According to the standards of ISO 9001:2000 we have improved and are still improving our processes. Thanks to that our products are characterized by high-quality workmanship. Proof of this is that our products comply with DIN 1052/2  requirements as well as with the requirements from the European Pallet Association (EPAL).

Possession of these certificates gives us many advantages, among the special ones are the improvement of the company's image in domestic and international markets, more effective advertising and promotion of our company and its products, decreases in the time needed to identify irregularities that exist and organizing their effective removal, better monitoring of information about customer needs, increased creativity among workers and increased employee identification with the company.

Every year supervised audits take place which verify that the quality management system is functioning correctly.
