Herco is a large size family company employing over 130 people. During our history we have tried to set goals and achieve them. We have changed course once, from producing concrete mixers to producing nails. Now it feels like we have found ourselves, however we like to stay open-minded and flexible. The world around us is moving and we like to think that we are moving along with it.

April 2003, with the death of our father, Herman Scheers, my 2 sisters and I lost a great father, our mother lost a caring companion and the companies lost their face. His sparkling personality inspired people and fueled the engines to try and do better then the day before. Now the second generation took over. Our aim is not to replace what is irreplaceable, but to present good solutions and strong personality.

Some things will change, but we still keep to our promise: work every day to make Herco a better business partner for our client, suppliers and staff. This way we will carry on the values, spirit and the soul in which Herco was created.
